Create a new folder

Hello everyone, and welcome to this video tutorial. I am going to present the few steps you need to know to visualize and save your first SEEG signal.

To be able to analyze a new SEEG signal, you first need to select the data you wish to import. Depending on the format of your dataset, you will want to select either a directory containing all of your data, or individual files themselves.

Here, for example, we are importing an NCS directory, but you could also import your data in other formats (nsx, ncs, .med, .trc, .edf).

Then, you will need to create a new Halyzia folder.
This folder will contain all exports related to the imported SEEG signal, but will not contain the SEEG signal itself. By using the Save As option, you can create your new folder in the File Explorer.

Select this folder and your dataset will be opened and displayed in the main viewer.

Once it is open, you will be able to start exploring the application.

Whenever you reopen Halyzia, if you want to continue working on the same signal, you will need to use the open option and select the folder you created previously.

You are now all ready to analyze your signal.
